Can you introduce yourself and your course of study?

My name is Princess Olapeju Folajin. I’m a graduate of Human Kinetics Education from the University of Ilorin.

What motivated you to start saving on the Cowrywise app?

What is your frequency and pattern of savings?

I save monthly toward specific targets.

How has your savings journey been so far?

I’ve been saving consistently for one year now.

Yes, I have. But my target matters more. I made a firm decision not to touch my savings until I reach my goal.

What challenges have you faced while saving?

None so far, especially not with the app.

What are your financial goals, and how are you tracking your progress?

My financial goal is to build a large, successful business that funds my lifestyle, property investments, and future charity work. Since I’m still in the early stages, I’m focused on learning, saving, and increasing my income. I track progress through budgeting, goal-setting, and regular reviews.

What has been your biggest mindset shift since using the app?

I’ve become more intentional with my money. I no longer save randomly; now, I save with purpose and think long-term about the future I want to build.

The streak monitor has been a game-changer for me. I don’t want to break my saving streak, so I stay committed.

What are your long-term financial goals?

I want to build a highly successful business empire, afford the lifestyle I dream of, own multiple properties locally and globally, establish a personal charity, and live as a philanthropist… creating wealth for generations.

Any advice for new users or fellow students?

Don’t give up. Consistent saving is key to achieving your goals. Stay focused and disciplined, the fulfilment is worth it.
